Ingredients

2 Cans black-eyed peas with jalapeños drained

1 can Rotel

1 avocado diced

1 bell pepper

1/2 purple onion

3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing

1 lime - squeezed juice

Directions

  1. Mix

  2. Chill for an hour minimum

  3. Serve with Corn Chips
